The pricing structure for Steve is simple. The contracting agency pays:
- All transportation costs (airfare, ground transportation, lodging)
- These are basic market costs that Steve does not set. Whatever the airlines, car rental agencies/taxis, and hotels are charging, that is the cost for the contracting agency.
- It is preferable for the contracting agency to pay these ahead of time; however, Steve can work to satisfy your bureaucratic rules and guidelines.
- An honorarium fee
- This fee is dependent on length of program; number of programs; and days on the road.
- If your budget is really tight (and whose budget is NOT tight?), you can save money/share costs if you can find another school, corporation, or organzation who would also like to engage Steve while he is in your area.
- If your agency is able to pay the full honorarium in advance, ask Steve about the possibility of a discounted honarium fee.
